Sending Interac E-Transfers through your online banking or credit union is quick, easy, and secure. Follow these simple steps to complete your payment: Log in to your online banking and select the “E-Transfer” option. Add us as a recipient using the name and email address provided on your invoice. Set your security question to “Shipped Within” and the security answer to “Canada”. Include your Order number in the Message box. • Where Do I Find The Information To Send A Payment?
Payment details will be provided on the order confirmation page after you complete your order. Please save a copy for your records or take a screenshot of the page to ensure you have the correct payment information. Important: The email address for sending payment may change periodically, so always refer to the email address provided on your order confirmation page to avoid any issues.
  • What Happens Once My Payment Is Sent?
Once your payment is sent, it may take a few hours for us to receive and deposit it during business hours. Payments sent outside business hours will be accepted the following business day. You will receive an email notification once we’ve received your payment, and we’ll provide a tracking number via email once your order is ready to ship. After your payment is deposited, your order will be processed. Please note that payments deposited after 9:00 AM (PST) will typically result in shipping the next business day, although we may extend this cut-off time internally when possible. To ensure timely processing, we recommend sending your payment the day before you’d like your package to ship.
  • What Happens If I Don't Send Payment?
After placing your order, the next step is to send your payment. Your order will be kept on hold until payment is received. If payment is not made within two days, the order will be automatically canceled.
  • Do I Need To Inform You Of Sent Payment?
No, it is not necessary to send a separate payment confirmation, as we automatically receive a notification from your bank when the e-transfer is sent to us. If you don't receive a payment confirmation email from us within 24 hours, it could mean that your bank has placed a hold on the transfer and is waiting for verification, or that the e-transfer was sent to an incorrect email address. Please double-check the transfer details to ensure accuracy, as our email address may change periodically without notice. Additionally, please allow extra time for e-transfers sent over the weekend to be deposited.
  • Do you issue Refunds or Exchanges?
We do not offer cash refunds or product exchanges. If you believe you’ve received a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide a picture or video clearly showing the issue. Refunds are only issued as store credit in the form of points. Claims submitted without a supporting video may be denied by our team.
  • Is My Package Being Shipped Safely and Discreetly?
Yes. We ensure that your order is packaged with care and vacuumed sealed. This protects your purchase and your privacy. We use mailers which are secure and discreet. All orders come with a tracking link.
  • When Do I Get My Tracking Number?
Please allow up to 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) for your tracking number to be sent via email after receiving your payment confirmation email. If your tracking number hasn’t been updated within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving the payment confirmation email, it’s possible we may have missed processing your order. Please contact us right away to ensure we send out your order. Additionally, please wait until the end of the day as your tracking number should appear by then. If it does not, please email us so we can investigate further.
  • Will My Xpress Post Arrive In 2-3 Business Day?
Delivery times are estimated by Canada Post and are our sole method of shipping. Shipping times can vary depending on your location within Canada, as Canada Post requires more time for deliveries to smaller towns or rural areas. Additionally, delays may occur due to weather conditions. As stated on Canada Post's website: "Delivery standards apply to items sent between most major urban centres and are estimates only. Actual delivery times depend on origin, destination, weather conditions, and other factors. Other terms and conditions apply." Please note that packages sent to Nunavut, Northwest Territories, and Newfoundland are not guaranteed by Canada Post. As a result, we are unable to offer any delivery guarantees to customers in those areas either.
  • My Package Is Going To The Wrong Place?
If you're tracking your package on the Canada Post website and notice that it's headed to the wrong city, it's likely due to a human error at Canada Post. These errors can occur when a postal employee manually enters the postal code into the system, and if a digit or letter is entered incorrectly, it can cause a routing error and result in a delay of 1-2 days.
  • Tracking Information Hasn't Updated Recently?
If you're tracking your package on Canada Post's website and notice that it hasn't updated in a while, it's likely because your package missed a scan, which is fairly common. In most cases, packages are delivered on time or just a day later. However, if you haven't received your package 2 days after the expected delivery date, please contact us, and we will file a trace with Canada Post to investigate further.
  • What Happens If I Don't Get My Package?
If you do not receive your package within 3 days after the expected arrival date, please contact us, and we will initiate a trace with Canada Post. Once a trace is filed, Canada Post will investigate the issue, which may take 7-10 business days. If they locate the package, it will be shipped to you, and you should receive it a few days later. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for information on unrecoverable packages. Please note: We are not responsible for postal delays. We are not liable for undelivered packages due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Orders with an incorrect shipping address will not be replaced. Packages marked as "delivered" are not covered by our team. This is often due to theft within the household or from neighbors. We highly recommend choosing the "signature required" option for added security. Letters of seizure to high-risk areas are also not covered. Please refer to our list of high-risk areas for more information.
  • Why Is My Order On Hold?
All orders will be placed "on hold" until payment is received and accepted.
  • What Are Shipping Fees?
Shipping on orders under $150 will be subject to a $23 shipping Fee. Orders over $150 will have FREE SHIPPING via Canada Post Xpresspost (2-3 business days to most parts of Canada)

We are committed to resolving any issues you may encounter as quickly as possible. When reaching out to us, please provide the following details: Your order number The name of the defective product A description of the issue If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include a picture or video clearly showing the problem. • When Does My Order Ship Out?
If your payment is deposited by our 9 AM (PST) cut-off time, your order will be shipped the same business day. Payments received after 9 AM (PST) will result in your order being shipped the next business day. To ensure timely processing, we recommend sending your payment the day before you’d like your package shipped, as payments are processed in the order they are received. Please note that while we aim to ship as many packages as possible each day, our cut-off time may occasionally be extended internally.
  • Can I Order Outside Of Canada?
We apologize, but at this time, we are only able to ship within Canada.
  • How Long To Receive An Order?
We ship orders with Canada Post, which typically has a delivery date of 3-5 business days to major cities (depends on the location), with some packages up to 5+ business days if located far from major cities ! If you’re located a bit further away, we kindly ask for your patience!
  • Do I live In A High Risk Area?
Unfortunately, we experience a significantly higher percentage of postal thefts and confiscated packages when shipping to regions such as Northern Quebec, Côte-Nord, Northern Ontario, Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Northern Manitoba, and cities with populations under 3,000. As a result, we are unable to offer any delivery guarantees for customers in these areas. If you are ordering from these regions, please be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. This means that if your package is lost, stolen, or confiscated, we will not be able to provide a replacement or refund.
  • My Shatter Turned To Budder?
Please be advised that due to factors beyond our control, such as summer heat and humidity, there is a possibility that the shatter you ordered may turn to budder by the time you receive it. While this is not uncommon when shatter is exposed to heat, rest assured that it does not make the product unsafe in any way. We do not offer reimbursement or refunds if your shatter turns into budder during transit.
  • Are Product Images Real?
Yes! Product images are taken by us (unless provided by our vendor). Images are not Photoshopped or enhanced.
  • Sativa And Indica, What's The Difference?
Sativa and Indica are the two primary types of cannabis plants, and when combined, they create hybrid strains. Each strain produces a range of effects on the body and mind, offering various medicinal benefits. Indica strains are known for their strong physical body high, which often leads to a feeling of relaxation, sleepiness, or "couch-lock." This makes Indicas ideal for evening use. In contrast, Sativa strains are typically more energizing and uplifting, promoting mental clarity and creativity. Marijuana strains can range from pure Sativa or Indica to hybrid varieties, such as: 30% Indica – 70% Sativa 50% Indica – 50% Sativa 80% Indica – 20% Sativa Because Sativa and Indica have distinct medicinal benefits and effects, certain strains may be better suited to treat specific conditions. Indica Dominant Strains: Indica strains often have a sweet or sour odor (e.g., Kush, OG Kush) and provide a relaxing, strong body high. These strains are effective for treating: General anxiety Body pain Sleep disorders (insomnia) Indicas are commonly used by medical marijuana patients in the evening, or right before bed, due to their sedative effects. They are particularly beneficial for pain relief and help ease insomnia. Benefits of Indica: Relieves body pain Relaxes muscles Relieves spasms and reduces seizures Alleviates headaches and migraines Reduces anxiety and stress Sativa Dominant Strains: Sativa strains typically have a more grassy odor and produce an uplifting, energetic, and “cerebral” high. This type of high is ideal for daytime use, sparking creativity, focus, and mental clarity. Many artists, for example, use Sativa for its creative effects. Benefits of Sativa: Enhances feelings of well-being and relaxation Uplifts mood and promotes cerebral thoughts Stimulates energy and motivation Increases focus and creativity Fights depression In summary, while Indica strains provide physical relaxation and are best suited for evening use, Sativa strains promote mental stimulation and creativity, making them ideal for daytime activities.
  • What is a Cannabis Concentrate?
A cannabis concentrate is a highly potent product made by extracting the active compounds, such as THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) and CBD (cannabidiol), from cannabis plants. These concentrates contain a higher concentration of cannabinoids and terpenes than regular cannabis flower, making them more powerful and effective for medicinal and recreational use. Types of Cannabis Concentrates: Shatter: A hard, glass-like concentrate that breaks easily. It’s often known for its potency and clear appearance. Wax: A soft, opaque concentrate with a consistency similar to candle wax. It’s also highly potent but less stable than shatter. Live Resin: Made from fresh cannabis plants that are frozen immediately after harvest to preserve the terpenes, giving it a more flavorful and aromatic profile. Hash: A traditional concentrate made by compressing the trichomes (resin glands) of the cannabis plant. It’s often solid or in powder form. Rosin: A solventless concentrate made by applying heat and pressure to cannabis buds, hash, or kief to extract the cannabinoids. Distillate: A highly refined concentrate that is almost pure THC or CBD, with minimal flavor or aroma. It’s often used in vape pens or edibles. How Cannabis Concentrates Are Used: Dabbing: A method where concentrates are vaporized on a hot surface, known as a "dab rig," and inhaled. Vaping: Concentrates can be used in vaporizers specifically designed for concentrates. Edibles: Concentrates can be infused into food products for consumption. Topicals: Some concentrates are used in creams or balms for localized relief without psychoactive effects. Due to their high potency, cannabis concentrates are often used by experienced users or for medical purposes, as they provide a more intense effect with smaller quantities.

  • What Is The Difference Between CBD And THC?
CBD (Cannabidiol) and THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol) are both compounds found in cannabis, but they have key differences: THC: The psychoactive compound that produces the "high." It's commonly used for pain relief, appetite stimulation, and relaxation. CBD: Non-psychoactive and doesn’t cause a "high." It's often used for anxiety, inflammation, and seizure disorders. In short, THC affects the mind, while CBD focuses on therapeutic benefits without intoxication.
